Vacation

• Full-time regular exempt employees receive 136 vacation hours per year.  After completing 6 years of service, they will receive an additional 8 vacation hours each year up to a maximum of 176 hours.

• Full-time regular non-exempt employees receive 96 vacation hours per year (136 hours per year after completing five years of service).  After completing 6 years of service, they will receive an additional 8 vacation hours each year up to a maximum of 176 hours.

• Part-time regular employees receive 48 vacation hours per year.

• Vacation is calculated on a prorated basis for any year that an employee does not complete a full year of service.
